What happens in a Spiritual Counseling session?

When we begin the session, I will ask you to tell me about what is happening right now.  What are the issues you are trying to sort out?  As we talk about these areas, I will connect with your soul, or higher wisdom, and spiritual guides and ask for the information that is most helpful for you right now.  The session will feel like a conversation, but the information that comes through will be very clear and loving and from a higher, spiritual perspective.  We will work both with the feelings that come up and answer any questions you have at the same time. 

What is an Akashic Records Consultation like?

In an Akashic Records Consultation, I will access your unique Akashic Records or “Book of Life” to provide information for you.  I will ask you to prepare a list of questions to ask the Keepers and Spiritual Guardians of the Records.  The formulation of questions provides the "key" to accessing that particular part of your Records out of the vast library of information available to you.  Because the vibration held in the Akashic Records is very elevated and expansive, in addition to answering your questions, the Consultations can be high energy, inspirational, and often, lots of fun.

What happens during an Energy Healing session?

We begin the session by talking about what is happening for you now and what you would like to focus on.  When we’ve finished talking, I will ask you to lie down, fully clothed, on a comfortable table.  First, I will scan the area above your body with my hands to feel where the energy is not flowing smoothly.  As I am scanning, I will be listening for messages from the body as to where the emotions and old experiences are being stored.  I will then direct divine healing energy to these areas.  As the energy healing is taking place, we will talk about the thoughts or feelings that come up, allowing them to gently be released.  At the same time, I will be communicating with your spiritual guides to receive information about what you're experiencing and how to help you resolve it.  As we end the session, you will be surrounded by a loving cocoon of energy that will leave you feeling relaxed, happy, and inspired.     

What’s the difference between a Spiritual Counseling session and your Akashic Records sessions?

The simplest way to describe the difference is that in one type of session, the focus is on resolving emotional issues, and in the other, the emphasis is on providing high-level spiritual guidance.  For example, in a Spiritual Counseling session, we work with the issues that are arising for you in the moment, such as confusion about your career, relationship problems, health issues, or financial concerns.  We can also access the higher plan for this time of your life while working with the feelings that arising now.  I often combine Spiritual Counseling with Energy Healing to provide a gentle and easy release of difficult emotions while also providing clarity and uplifting and insightful information. 

In an Akashic Records Consultation, we have access to the full scope of your Akashic Records and what your soul would like to accomplish at this time.  The high vibrational energy that comes through opening your full Akashic Records tends to lift you out of emotion and into a more expansive frame of mind, so the session tends more towards providing answers to your questions, with less emphasis on working with emotions. 

We combine aspects of both sessions in an Akashic Healing session.  We begin by discussing the emotional patterns you would like to work with in the session.  Then, I open your Akashic Records to help you understand both the origin and the larger perspective on the issues you’re dealing with.  As in the Akashic Records Consultation described above, I act as a divine channel for this high-vibrational information, rather than as a more empathic intuitive.  Along with the information, I bring through finely tuned healing energies from your Akashic Records to quickly move you through the specific emotional patterns. 

How do I know which kind of session is right for me?

Do you work with children?

I offer Energy Healing and Akashic Records Consultations for children of all ages.  For children under the age of 17 who require counseling, I recommend that you seek treatment with a school counselor or a licensed mental health professional who specializes in working with children.  

Do you work with pets?

Yes, I offer Animal Communication, Energy Healing, and Akashic Records Consultations for all types of companion animals.  As animals are already very tuned in to the spiritual dimensions, I communicate with them telepathically and discuss the information received with the animal’s person by telephone.  I also offer Distance Healing for companion animals who are experiencing physical or emotional issues.

What if I live far away?  Do you do healing from a distance?

Yes, I do.  When distance or circumstances prevent you from coming into the office, I am able to offer the same effective treatment in a Distance Healing session.  With the assistance of your spiritual guides, I tune into you through your soul and scan your body and energy field to discover the areas of physical and emotional imbalance.  At the same time, I communicate with your soul and spiritual guides on how best to resolve these issues.  Divine healing energy is then directed to heal and soothe the emotional and physical issues being presented.  At the end of the session, I will call or send an e-mail discussing what came up in the healing and the recommendations from your spiritual guides.  Distance Healing is also available for companion animals who are experiencing physical or emotional issues.

Do I have to believe in God to have a session with you?  What if I’m not religious or spiritual?

You don’t have to believe in God to benefit from a session.  I work with people who have all kinds of belief systems about spirituality, including none at all.  I can help you find clarity and feel better emotionally while working with your unique viewpoint.
